About RJ Panels LTD
RJ Panels LTD is a small family run business established by Rod Jay over 20 years ago, based in Bedworth near Coventry at the heart of the British car industry.
Following Rod’s passion for E-types and working within the prototype car industry for over 40 years, he decided to take a leap of faith and set up his own company doing exactly what he loved the most. His enthusiasm, dedication to quality and attention to detail RJ Panels LTD quickly became highly recommended and well known within the classic car industry. Lee his son and daughter Donna soon became team members in supporting Rod through his journey establishing RJ Panels LTD.
Over the years RJ Panels have produced/restored many aluminium and steel bodies for the Jaguar E-type. We have carried out full restorations on all Jaguar models, Ferrari’s, Maserati’s, Aston Martins, Lamborghini’s and many other classic models, the list is endless. RJ Panels also manufacture their own replacement panels in aluminium or steel to the highest quality.
Bucks and Forms
For our bespoke projects we work in conjunction with Redesign Sport Limited. Over the Last 12 years they have been involved in the 3d Scanning of vehicles to help design and create bucks to help with the repair and restoration of Historic road and race cars.
This also allows them to make variations and changes of bodies to allow construction of Aluminium, Steel and composite bodies for Road And Race cars.

Here at RJ Panels LTD we have a wide range of facilities ranging from overhead spot welders - alloy and steel, skilled panel beaters, lead loading facilities, skilled welders - aluminium, steel and gas welding and wheeling facilities.

Yes, you are able to cancel an order anytime as long as production hasn't commenced. Your 10% none refundable deposit will be held. This applies to large projects.

Yes, you are able to return parts to RJ Panels as long as they have:
- Not been fitted to the vehicle
- Not been damaged in any way.
- Purchased within the last year.
All parts which are no longer required or have been incorrectly ordered are subject to a 20% handling charge to the value of the goods. Goods which have been incorrectly supplied by RJ Panels are able to be returned or exchanged without a 20% handling charge.
